Liquid Cooling Container Solution
The Malaysia MY06 project is a benchmark example of the successful international deployment of Chinese containerized modular data centers. Confronted with the harsh environment of year-round high temperatures in tropical regions, Shenling innovatively developed an efficient hybrid cooling solution dominated by liquid cooling and supplemented by air cooling. This solution achieves an outstanding annual PUE of ≤1.15, setting a new standard for overseas data center construction characterized by green and low-carbon operation, rapid deployment, and strong replicability.
Integrated Liquid Cooling Solution
To meet the thermal management demands of large-scale AI computing clusters in the hot and humid environment of Bangkok, Thailand, Shenling deployed an integrated liquid cooling solution for a project there. Through the use of CDUs, MDUs, and a secondary-side loop network architecture, efficient cooling is achieved. This solution not only significantly reduces energy and water consumption but also establishes a new benchmark for green and efficient high-performance data center construction in Southeast Asia with its stable and reliable operational performance.
Prefabrication Capability Solution
China Mobile (Xinjiang) Karamay Cloud Data Center Project is designed and constructed in accordance with the goal of “standing firm in Xinjiang, serving the northwest, supporting the whole nation and marching to the world”. Once completed, the data center will provide cloud computing services throughout Xinjiang, the whole country and even Central Asia. The outdoor temperature in Karamay area in winter can be as low as -30°C, and the project construction period covers the severe winter and the Spring Festival. In spite of the severe implementation conditions and tight schedule, Shenling, with engineering service experience for more than 20 years, has smoothly delivered its products for use with guaranteed quality and quantity through scientific schedule control, human resource arrangement and prefabrication capabilities, escorting the business launching.
